1. Eligibility for Refunds
- No refunds will be issued once water is delivered or picked up.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless an error was made by WBS (e.g., incorrect delivery, damaged packaging upon arrival).
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive damaged or defective products due to a WBS error, contact us within immediately for a replacement at no additional cost.
- Customer Responsibility: Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use by the customer is not eligible for a refund or replacement. Customers will be responsible for the cost of a replacement.
3. Delivery Issues
- Missed Deliveries: If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, lack of access, or customer absence, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses a delivery without a valid reason (e.g., damaged goods verified upon arrival), the order will not be refunded.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially used water products cannot be refunded or returned.
- Special Orders: Custom or bulk water orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before dispatch for a full refund. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. Water Quality Concerns
- If you suspect an issue with water quality, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if necessary, arrange for an exchange.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
